Durham Housing Authority officials announced on their website Friday that all McDougald Terrace residents will be home again by the first week of April.
DHA said on its website "we anticipate that all families will return home by the first week of April." It also indicated the city is exempting residents from all rent payments for March, including families who have already moved back and those who never evacuated.
