Sky 5 on Thursday flew over Interstate 40 in Cary near the Harrison Avenue exit, where a car went off the road and into the woodline.
At 8:15 a.m., Sky 5 showed a fire truck and multiple first responders at the scene near Exit 287.

A white sedan was deep in the trees, and it appeared that several trees had toppled over. A black car was parked on the shoulder with its blinkers flashing.
