Durham police were at the scene of a shooting at a home along Barbee Road on Thursday afternoon.
Several police cars were parked near the intersection of Barbee Road and Fayetteville Street.

An adult woman and male juvenile were shot around noon, according to police. Their injuries are understood to be non-life-threatening.
Crime scene tape was placed around the home. Evidence markers appeared to be placed in a driveway.
Nearby Pearsontown Elementary School was briefly placed on secure status.
Police did not provide information about a suspect.
