Since I was kid I have always loved art and soccer. As an adult I still love playing soccer and also coaching kids.

Favorite books, movies, videogames, podcasts:
It may sound silly but Speed Racer has been my favorite movie since I was a kid. As far as books, I have no particular favorite. I read anything non-fiction.
Likes best about North Carolina:
The nature. North Carolina is such a beautiful state, with amazing hiking trails.
Most memorable assignments:
Covering the disappearance and subsequent discovery of two missing teenage boys who were killed and burned in a house fire. This story gained national attention, and I will always remember the conversations I had with the families of the boys before and after the bodies were discovered.
