The Stanley Cup Final will start in Raleigh on Tuesday, June 2 after the Carolina Hurricanes knocked off the Montreal Canadiens in Friday night's Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Final.
The Hurricanes beat Montreal 6-1 in Game 5 to secure their first appearance in the final since winning the Cup in 2006.

The Vegas Golden Knights won the Western Conference and await the winner of the Hurricanes-Canadiens series. The Hurricanes will have home-ice advantage in the series. Games 1, 2, 5 and 7, if necessary, will be Lenovo Center.
It is the third Cup appearance for the Hurricanes.
