And it really was I was I was doing I

was doing some Mr Strongly videos in the middle of

you

I'm sure you remember everything that was happening in DPS

last winter and spring

And I just it was just kind of boring out

of like there was just so much negativity some of

it was understandable but I just felt like you know

I just what can I do is one of those

what can I do type things Um And it was

like well I can double down and be super creative

and get better at my job

And so let me let me do that

So you know Mr Strongly is all about um is

all about total health

It's it's not just there's there's no there's no good

in having super super speed or big muscles if you

know if your mental health isn't good and your social

health isn't good

So it's I've kind of brought it all in

Um our videos have an aspect of physical health mental

health social emotional health

They they respond to Mr strongly a little bit better

than they respond to coach Crawford

To be honest that's their world these youtube creators are

their are their heroes now

Probably more than like athletes and movie stars are

So it's just if you you're not gonna beat them

just go ahead and join them

So they they respond they have a lot of fun

with them
